There are different reasons for booking a consultation with a medium or psychic, (often known as private sittings or readings). Some clients want to seek insight and guidance about themselves, their lives, and their journey through the Tarot cards or connect purely with their loved ones who have moved on to the Spirit World

My Consultations offer a mixture of all these things. I work with the presence of your soul & spirit, your auric field which is the energy field that surrounds you and the use of tarot cards.  Ultimately I believe the power responds to the needs of the sitter at the moment in time. The information I give is derived from research, intuition and tradition, which may not be verified by scientific methods, nor advocated by the Government.

 

My services are for spiritual, inspirational, educational and entertainment purposes only. The adoption and application of the advice or information offered during any of Healingwords.uk consultations should not be used as an alternative to other professional advice.

Important Notices

Payments are by Credit Card, Cash or Bank Transfer 

All appointments must pay a £25 deposit once appointment is confirmed by myself to secure my time. Rest of the payment can be paid in full on the day of your appointment. Failure to make a deposit will result in your appointment being released back on the system for others to book.
 

Zoom links are sent once appointment has been confirmed and deposit paid for. Final payment will need to be paid, either by Bank Transfer - details provided via email once booking has been made or by credit card at time of booking.
Please note that zoom links are not always sent instantly, as this is not automated and I may not be at my computer to process right away.
 

Please ensure you are prompt for your appointment, any delays in attendance will result in less time for your appointment or no appointment at all.

Please note when providing contact details that, if I am unable to call or email you back due to incorrect information, your booking will be cancelled, and your appointment slot offered to someone else, therefore please check the details you provide.
 

Cancellations

I operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel an appointment over 48-hours in advance, I will not charge you for the missed session and your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after that, or if you cannot attend, you will still need to pay for the appointment, so your deposit will be kept as I have committed my time.
 

Exceptional circumstances

I recognise that emergencies happen, even if they are rare. If you know that you might not make an appointment, please let us know when you book it. I will try to be more accommodating in such circumstances. Similarly, if a genuine emergency prevented you from attending, and from letting us know, I could consider waiving or reducing the cancellation fee.

Should you repeatedly make and cancel appointments, you may be asked for non-refundable pre-payment.
